We are gradually resuming study of the Exodus Generation and Golden Calf Worship in Exodus 32-33. We believe “a very small remnant” in the Church is prevailing with the Lord through the Acts 27 storm while embracing Ezekiel’s vision of the “open heavens.” In this message we continue tracing the “deep roots” of the “Exodus Generation” back to Abraham and Moses receiving divine protection and preparation in becoming the great deliverer of Israel. Moses having fled into the Midian Desert furnishes “deep insight” into our Lord’s greater condescension, rejection and reproach in visiting the Gentiles.

Passage: Leviticus 16

This service includes an observance of Communion and special music by Kim Smith - “The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power.” The morning message addressed “The Day of Atonement” from Leviticus chapter sixteen. In this message we examined this “High and Holy Day,” wherein Aaron moved in “fear and trembling.” He first made atonement for himself and then selected “two goats;”one as a sin offering and the other as a “scapegoat” on behalf of the camp to determine if God would cover their sins for yet another year.

This service includes a message by Jeanne Cochran on the origins of the song “Kumbaya” with special verses sung by Grace Assembly. The service concluded with a message on the Feast of Trumpets, as a special “wake up” call to the remnant and the Church now standing on the Day of the Lord, as the Seventh Day and also the Day of Christ, as the Third Day. Like Jonah on a ship bound for “Tarshish” the Church is being threatened by a “great storm” off their bow and must awake out of sleep and rise from the dead.

We are gradually resuming study of the Exodus Generation and Golden Calf Worship in Exodus 32-33. We believe “a very small remnant” in the Church continues to prevail with the Lord, as to Ezekiel’s vision of the “open heavens.” In this message we reiterated the “Third Redemptive Day of Christ” that is now breaking before us and our dire need to step with the Lord, even in the midst of the Acts 27 storm. We plan to resume our study from the Book of Exodus next week.

We “embrace” the current “dispensational change” from the “fullness of time,” into the “fullness of Times” in Eph. 1:10. The Church is now standing on two prophetic days: (1) the Day of the Lord, as the Seventh Day, (2) the Day of Christ, as the Third Redemptive Day. In this message we contend that a small remnant in the Church and Israel will yet prevail with the Lord. However, the Church will be deeply challenged, as they enter this “Third Redemption Day of Christ,” and must return to the “more sure word of prophecy” in the O.T. and N.T. in order to contend for the “faith once delivered,” as they seek a divine intervention and deliverance.

We believe “a very small remnant” in the Church has prevailed with the Lord, as to Ezekiel’s vision of the “open heavens.” In this message we continue to trace the “deep roots” of the “Exodus Generation” as an ensample to all generations. They were rooted back to Abraham and then to Moses who was divinely prepared to become the great deliverer of Israel. Moses furnishes insight into the far “greater deliverer,” the Lord Jesus Christ and the “greater Exodus.”

We are gradually resuming study of the Exodus Generation and Golden Calf Worship in Exodus 32-33. We believe “a very small remnant” has prevailed with the Lord in the vision of the “open heavens,” as the Day of Christ, according to Ezekiel 1:1. In this message we traced the “deep roots” of the “Exodus Generation” to the Covenant with Abraham citing again their becoming an ensample to all the generations of Israel and now to the Church, according to 1 Corinthians 10. In this message we began to examine Moses, as the great deliverer, as a type and shadow of the “greater deliverer,” the Lord Jesus Christ.

In this discussion we continue our determination that the Day of the Lord has begun. We are now in the Seventh Millennial Day. As the type declares in Gen. 2:2, "on the seventh day God ended (finished) his work and rested so God is doing the same at the beginning of the Day of the Lord. This will be facilitated by a powerful move of the Holy Spirit.
