1-B-JCC-01-04-2026 Jesus of Bethlehem

We continue introduction of the Book of Isaiah, as the Greatest O.T. Book of Redemption and of Isaiah as the greatest prophet to Israel spanning 60 years. Isaiah, as a miniature Bible contains 66 chapters relative to each of the 66 Books of the Bible. Isaiah was martyred “sawn asunder” no doubt prophetic of the long span of time between the First Advent and Second Advent as a sign of the “broken heart” of Jehovah over Israel’s rejection of their Messiah! The intervening Church Age providing a “healing” for God’s “broken heart” as a hidden purpose of God revealed as the Church age. Isaiah was pressed in spirit by the “great apostasy” of Israel wherein only “very small remnant” prevailed with the Lord until their captivity to Babylon ensued by three world empires ending with the Roman Empire. This was prophetic of the “great darkness” enveloping the First Advent of Christ, born during the Winter Solstice. The Lord was henceforth comforted by the faith of Simeon and Anna furnishing agreement. Afterward chosen individuals participated in Christ’s birth as the prophesied consolation of Israel. Howbeit only very small remnant preserved the promises of Isaiah 7:14 & 9:6 through the great darkness until the First Advent. In this message we addressed the promise of “Immanuel” God with us, and His name, as “Wonderful” depicting the “supernatural miracle” of Christ’s Virgin Birth, as God in the Flesh eventually providing the “supernatural miracle” of the “new birth” of believers. (John 3:7 KJV) Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (John 3:8 KJV) The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
